The beach, Dairy Queen, a deli and grocery are within a block. Restaurants, ice cream shop, beach shops are within several blocks.Golf, tennis, skateboarding park, piers, and marinas are nearby on the island. Area attractions include historic Southport, Bald Head Island, the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher, and historic Old Brunswick Town.
Myrtle Beach is within an hour's drive and Wilmington is just 30 minutes away.

Wilmington and historic Southport are close by as is Brunswick County Airport. Plenty of boating, sailing and beach activities.
Visit us for relaxing at the beach, great seafood and abundant coastal outdoor activities.

Phil's condo is super nice!! Everything is as nice as the pictures look. The booking process was easy and Phil gave all the information we needed to start the week and close it out at the condo. Nothing negative to say here, only positive! We will be back next year hopefully!! Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with vacationers!!
This was the first time that me, my two daughters, 4 of my 5 granddaughters and my sister had been to oak island. We absolutely loved it. I saw the pictures of his place loved them, but reality is better than the pictures. Loved, Loved, Loved the Condo. There was plenty of room, the Kitchen was well stocked, and we especially loved the half bath in the hall. Made it really convenient when showers were being taken. Phil gave all the information when we booked the condo he made it so easy. Loved the beach, so easy to get to, a very short walk. Loved the fact the Diary Queen, Eagles, Food Lion within walking distance. Phil thank you so much for a Great Vacation. I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed it. We would love to come back.
Can't say enough good things about the condo. Much nicer than I anticipated and the kitchen had everything you would need to prepare any dish. We took the owners suggestions for local restaurants and were very pleased. A short walk to the beach , we also enjoyed the sunsets on the comfortable furniture at the balcony & had a view of the ocean. The owners communicated very well and explained every detail. Our stay was so nice, you can't go wrong with this choice. Ralph & Sharon B.
Phil's condo was perfect. It was even nicer than the photos indicate, and well-stocked with what we needed. Phil's instructions for everything were clear and well-thought-out, and the process of booking it, following instructions for checking in and out were seamless, and he was easy to work with. Much appreciated!!!
Thanks to Phil and Barb for sharing their home away from home! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. There was a good view of the ocean from the balcony and the beds were super comfy. It was close enough to walk to both the beach and for ice cream. I chose this place because it had an elevator. I'll go back because it's great!
