First Floor
Two double-bedded rooms, one with ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and WC. Two twin-bedded rooms. New bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished with good quality mattresses, bed linens and towels. All the bathrooms are modern.

Extra Room
For groups of 10 people there is a fifth double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This room has a separate access just below the main door.

Outside
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Magnificent covered dining terrace with large table, comfortable chairs with spectacular views over the Sieve valley and lights of Florence. A portable barbecue is included (with fuel).
