We require a non refundable reservation (no show) deposit of 25%, ($300 minimum). We also charge a cleaning fee of $75 per stay in the Moosehead and $25 per room in the Annex. We are pet friendly ... your pets also are part of the family and need to be with you. However, we charge $20 per night per pet guest and a $75.00 pet cleaning fee per stay for the Moosehead Lodge and $25 cleaning fee per room used per stay in the Annex. This eliminates kenneling your pets and the potential to arrive home to find a sick pet. We do not allow pets on the beds, furniture, etc. so we provide tan pet sheets as over covers. We also have a fenced kennel with tub and cold running water to wash the beach sand from them and tan towels to dry them. We welcome up to three large, house trained pets and owners are responsible for paying for any damage caused by their pets. |
