This vacation rental lodge style home is nestled amidst towering hardwoods and features fantastic views of Cedar Lake. Knotty pine, log beams, ceramic tile, and a cozy fireplace, adorn the interior.

Watch the wildlife roam through the yard on your 100' of private frontage on Cedar Lake. The vacation home is also designed with family fun in mind, with separate areas for adults, and little ones alike.

Off the beaten path yet right in the center of one of Northern Michigan's most desired vacation destination spots. This Western Michigan Cottage is located just west of downtown Traverse City.

You're only minutes from such areas as Empire, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor and Old Mission. Come and experience the best that Northern Michigan has to offer.

Policy

RENTAL FEE: For use of the Property as a vacationing home, Guests shall pay above fees to the Owner, $250 at time of reservation, 50% (less $250) in March and the remaining 50% of fee no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: A guest can pay by Visa, MC, check or money order. There is a 3% fee for all credit card payments except for last minute rentals (under 2 weeks).
SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

CANCELLATION: If a Guest wishes to cancel this Agreement, the Guest shall provide the Owner with written notice. If the Renter\'s notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival date, the 50% fee will be refunded at 80% only if the reserved nights can be re-booked in full. If the premises are not re-booked or the Guest cancels with-in 30 days of the arrival date, the fee is non-refundable.

Check-in after 3:00 pm. Check-out before 10:00 am.

Pets are permitted with prior approval.

No reservations are confirmed until deposit and rental agreement are received.

We so much enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lake Lodge. The house was warm and the Christmas tree lights were on we arrived. Thank you. It made the beginning of our trip magical. Skiing was really good and our favorite restaurant was Bud's. I loved the decorating and the big windows. The kids loved the games. Thanks! We will be back.
