Description

The Sandhills Lodge is ideal for golf outings, corporate retreats, wedding parties, or, for groups enjoying one of the local university sporting events. There are 6 master bedroom suites on two floors. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms with private baths that surround a common area that includes a 65' UltraHDTV, stereo and BlueRay player and an open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The lower level has 2 bedroom/ bathroom/living room suites adjoining a central common area executive boardroom with a large mahogany table with 10 comfy leather chairs. Each bedroom has its own 40" HDTV featuring Time Warner cable. All suites have two queen beds, two lower level suites also have private living rooms. An 8 foot wide veranda with comfortable outdoor furniture surrounds the upper floor that overlooks the 1st fairway of the Governors Club golf course. The lower level suites open onto a patio. A sister lodge is nearby with an identical floor plan.

Note-

All bedrooms suites have 2 queen beds, private bathrooms with double vanities, walk-in closets, HDTVs and kitchenettes with microwaves, sink and undercounter fridges. A pak-n-play and high chair are available.

I live nearby in Governors Club and wanted to allow others to enjoy this wonderful setting whether for a golf outing, a wedding at the Club, or a private setting to relax before and after a sporting event at the local universities.

What makes this Lodge unique

The view is terrific and the layout of the house is perfect for small gathering where people can have as much privacy as they want or enjoy the company of others.
