Glenn and I are old friends through our kids. One day I made a proposition to Glenn if he wanted to get into real estate investment with me. Our skills complement each other. He handles maintenance issues. I handle the administrative duties and interior of the house. We take pride in our house. Our house is kept clean for all our clients. This house has enough space for 5 families with kids, it is very clean, all bedrooms are on a third floor which is great because you always can take a nap and get some rest from kids playing in game room on a first floor. I should not even mention that house have perfect location, it is in a walking destination from a beautiful lake, and just short drive from all ski resorts and waterparks of Pocono. We will definitely come back soon!
We celebrated my brother's 30th birthday here with 11 family memebers. As soon as we pulled up to the chalet we knew we were going to love it. The amenities inside were perfect for entertaining from the pool table to the three decks available. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely pursue future bookings.
First off, the house is simply amazing. HUGE! Set back in a private lot with plenty to do inside should the weather impact a golf/ski weekend. Ping pong, foosball, pool table, multiple rooms for gathering. Some friends and I have an annual gathering after the holidays where we look to just relax and unwind after the rush. This year we chose The Chalet. And we were very happy we did. Everyone (15 people), slept comfortably. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Connie was more than accommodating and very responsive and determined to make sure your stay at The Chalet is a memorable one. We hope to rent again if this sure to be HOT listing is available! My family, friends, and I all had a blast last weekend staying at this Chalet. The house was so big that no one ever felt like we were on top of one another. It was also clean and close to many of the activities we were doing. Everyone in our party said we should stay at this place again in the summer. The only issue was the heat not working on the ground level but things happen. None of the bedrooms or living room was on that level anyway. Connie was also extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.
The house was huge! We had a group of 17 and it was more than enough to accommodate our group. Bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and plenty of space to hang out on the 1st floor after the kids go to bed. We would stay again.
