Luxury 17th Century Barn Conversion with a wealth of original features including oak beams. Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. This newly built luxury cottage has a spacious double height sitting/dining room with a wood burner, flagged slate floors with underfloor heating and rugs. A Flat-screen TV with DVD and CD Player are provided too for your enjoyment.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has a split level cooker and hob, microwave, dishwasher washer/dryer and fridge-freezer.

A twin-bedded room, with 19th Century Walnut beds, is also on this level with an en-suite shower room/WC which also has a steam shower.

The first floor has a double bedroom with a king sized, extra-long oak bed and a separate Bathroom/WC with a shower on the bath.

Logs are provided at cost with the first supply free of charge.

The following are also included in the price: Electricity, oil-fired central heating, hairdryer, parking for 2 vehicles, small patio with furniture, barbeque and shared 20 acre grounds with beautiful gardens and spectacular views.
