This attractive Provencal villa has a commanding east facing hillside setting with unobstructed views over the bay of Cannes, the Isles de Lerin and Cap d Antibes. Spectacular sea views from the covered terrace while you sip a cocktail by the pool. Dining area with fireplace and windows opening onto small balcony. Front door opening to lobby area with cloakroom with wash hand basin and low level Wc. Sitting area with large double glazed doors opening onto terrace and pool area which is in front. Cannes the major city to the western end of the Cote d Azur, is only 20 min away, renowned for its tourism, yachting marina, its annual film festival and similar events. The weekly firework displays during the summer can be viewed from the terrace of the Villa. Inland to the north lie Fayence, Tourrettes and Montauroux, interesting examples of rural Provencal towns/villages, perched on verdant hillsides.
