We're located at the base of Heavenly Ski Area, 2 blocks from The Lake, and only 1/2 mile from The Casinos.  

There are 4 Bedrooms and 3 Baths in this 1600 + square foot, 2 Story, Cozy Mountain Home. It's fully furnished with a Gas Fireplace, Three Cable TV's, Two VCR's, 3 DVD Players, Portable CD/Radio, Five Telephones, and Clock Radios in all the bedrooms.

The laundry room is equipped with Washer and Dryer and there's a Microwave in the Fully Furnished Kitchen.

Following your day's activities, relax and enjoy the "Classic" Hot Springs Hot Tub! It is elevated on the  redwood deck in the fully fenced private back yard.

Comfortably sleeps 10 (King, Queen, 4 twins, Sofa Bed). Towels & linens provided.

Policy

Cancellation:
If cancellation is necessary, and notification is given one month (30 days) before the check in date, or 2 months (60 days) before a holiday rental, there is a full refund . If the notice of cancellation is less than the 30 days of normal rental or less than the 60 days for holiday rental, there is no refund unless the home is rented for an equal or greater period of time of the reservation. No refunds are given due to weather.
