To reserve the cabin, renter makes contact with owner or caretaker (see below). Owner or caretaker will send to the potential renter the "Rental Agreement" and the "Reservation Form". Renter returns the signed "Reservation Form & Deposit Receipt" with a check that is equal to one half of the total rent due. |
