Your vacation paradise awaits!! This spacious 2,500 St Ft. Lake Havasu vacation home has it all. Location and Luxury! Lavishly landscaped backyard with a large pool and covered patio located in the Residential Estates area 2 blocks from downtown!  And just a stone's throw to the London Bridge Golf Course.
 
THE PROPERTY
Master Bedroom: Cal-King Bed / Bedroom 2: Queen Bed / Bedroom 3: Double Bed and twin size trundle. Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
 
Follow the open entrance into your luxurious home-away-from-home highlighted with high-end furnishings through out. Lounge in the open concept living room as you settle in and watch the 70" flat-screen smart HDTV.
 
Make yourself a cold drink and step outside to the spacious patio and plan your day on the comfy outdoor furniture. While you look out at the lush landscaping, fire up your weber grill to prepare a delicious lunch.
 
As the burgers are cooking on the grill, make side dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful custom cabinets. Lend a helping hand at your large kitchen island before dining inside at the 6-person dining room table, the 4 person kitchen table, 3 person kitchen bar, or dine outside at the table for 6.
 
When it's time to call it a night, choose from any of the well-appointed bedrooms to rest your head for tomorrow's adventures. The master bedroom stands apart with a private entrance to the pool area, a separate office/sitting area, flat-screen direct TV, and en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower, jetted tub, and a large walk-in closet.
 
The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed, a flat screen TV with Direct TV.
The third guest bedroom features a double size bed with a twin trundle, a flat screen TV with Direct TV.
Should you need extra sleeping space, we have a queen size sofa sleeper.

*Holiday weekends & events $400/night (4 night minimum) includes Memorial, Labor Day, Spring Break, 4th of July, Jet Ski World finals, Desert Storm, etc. $1,000 security deposit required over all holiday weekends and events.
Guests staying 30 days or longer do not pay 10.780% AZ tax.

About the Owner

Michael and I live in South Orange County. I am a California native. Michael was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. We are now empty nesters. Our two sons, Austin, and Clayton are both students at USC. Michael is a business consultant specializing in construction management and has been on the AOAO at Waikoloa Beach Villas since 2010. I have been in Real Estate since 2001 and am also an executive distributor with Young Living. We love the Big Island and visit 2-3 times each year. Come and visit the Big Island. We would love to share our little piece of paradise with you. Michelle Gaddie purchased this Condo in 2007

This home is truly wonderful and is close to everything. Everything in the home is top quality. The furniture is beautiful and the house is decorated like a model. The beds are so comfortable. The bathrooms are super nice. The kitchen is well sotcked and has everything you need for meal preparation. We came back from the lake each day to enjoy a dip in the pool. The backyard is so inviting. We used the BBQ and ate outside. The home is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Michelle is easy to work with and very responsive. I can't say enough about this place. We will be back. If you are considering a stay in Lake Havasu, stay in this home!
