This beautiful villa has four bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom with its king size bed and private bath is situated in the back of the condo, overlooking the Spokane.

The kitchen is highly appointed, with white pantry shelves and top of the line appliances. Sound surface countertops add to the beauty of the well-stocked kitchen. The living area provides a large flat-screen TV and an impressive view of the Lombardy.

Outside, the waterfront pool delivers an opportunity for fun and relaxation after a day on the boat. The boat slips are just steps away, as well as the boat launch.

Sit on the balcony and enjoy the boats come and go at the mouth of the Lombardy. The manatees come into the inlet right below the balcony and have fun with during various times of the year.

If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, then this is definitely the place for you!

Villa Zaffiro vacation rental rates $1520 per week. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

Payment conditions - 50% at confirmation, balance at the arrival. Arrival on Saturday between 16.00/18.00hrs and departure on Saturday between 8.00/10.00hrs. Late arrival extra charges 25 euros, after 22.30, 50 euros. Early departure, extra charge 15 euros per hour (before 8.00am).
