Villa Valentina rises on the green hills between Lombardy. The Resort, surrounded by wheat fields and oak groves, is not far from the fascinating medieval village of Lombardy, voted as one of the one hundred most beautiful Italian villages.

 Villa Valentina is often a chosen location by filmmakers for its beauty. It’s a great unit to see the whales breech and spout during the migratory season and sailboats.

This vacation rental resort has several features that distinguish it from other units in the Lombardy. Because of it desirable views and location it served as the model home for the Arezzo. It’s also a corner unit that provides more privacy and more natural light and cross breezes.

The resort has an indoor fireplaces, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, car garage and a new large backyard and patio area for hosting family reunions and wedding receptions plus a brand new game room with over sized basketball machine and ping pong.

The kitchen is well furnished with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, blender, coffee maker and utensils.

Villa Valentina is great for family reunions, corporate outings, wedding receptions and multi family vacations.

This is a very deluxe vacation rental resort.

Policy

Payment conditions: 50% at confirmation, balance at the arrival. Arrival on Saturday between 16.00/18.00hrs and departure on Saturday between 8.00/10.00hrs.

Late arrival extra charges 25 euros, after 22.30, 50 euros

Early departure, extra charge 15 euros per hour (before 8.00 a.m).
