The house features three large bedrooms with Queen Bed and balcony access. There is a full bathroom with jetted immersing tub and an additional guest bedroom with a Queen and Twin Bed.

The completely fenced front yard with enormous deck and adjacent fire pit is a great place to amuse with friends or family throughout the day or simply unwind in the evening tuning in to the waves and looking at the stars and sunsets.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances toaster, blender, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans. Laundry room is available with full size washer, dryer, folding station and electric iron.
