Location location location! If you are looking to stay in Old Quebec, we couldn’t recommend this location enough. You are just a short walk to any of the attractions, there’s a parking garage nearby, a store right next door, a restaurant on the corner, etc. The condo was a great size for 4 adult guests and could easily accommodate more. The historical character of the home and all of the furnishings really added to the experience of visiting Quebec City. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Old Quebec, especially to those who love the character of older homes and want to be in an excellent location.

Parking with roof rack (Transferred from other booking platform)
Kyle

Paul's place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. The location was amazing, we had many, many, restaurants and shops steps from our front door. Frontenac and the funicular are also very, very close, almost across the street. Parking is easy if you have a car, but we had a roof rack on top which didn't allow us to fit in any parking garages. The best place I found to park were the surface lots along the river near the Place Royal. Unloading and loading was great right in front of the home.

Loved the location (Transferred from other booking platform)
Chris

Fantastic location to explore the city. It’s a 200+ year old residence so expect some aging here and there. The living room can be quite loud as the shared entry for the apartments upstairs is just off the room. Kitchen was well furnished, had issues with heat in one of the downstairs bedrooms during our stay. Wasn’t able to be sorted out so received a credit from the host. Checkin and communication from the management team was top notch.

Quiet & Comfortable at Center Old Town (Transferred from other booking platform)
Kathleen

The listing is very comfortable and in a quiet area within the Old Town of Quebec City. The location was perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped as are the bathrooms. The living area is spacious and bedrooms are comfortable. A small grocery store located next door has most things you will need. People with mobility issues might have difficulty navigating the steps down to the bedroom area. They are well-lit, but a little awkward.

Fantastic location and a very nice place. (Transferred from other booking platform)
Jeremy

We stayed for a weekend at Paul’s apartment next door to the Ursuline Monastery. I don’t think we could have a better location than this. The property is two levels with a large dining, living, and kitchen area above and three bedrooms below. There is room for entertaining. We hosted a group between a wedding ceremony at cathedral Notre-Dame and the reception at the seminary. A small grocer is two doors down. The apartment is old, stone walled, with larger glass windows. The bedrooms are basement level. If one complaint, it is a bit basement-smelling, but that only affected the clothes we hung in the closet and had unwrapped. We enjoyed our stay and will return.
