The Villas at Poipu Kai is a new boutique condominium resort, situated in the heart of the Poipu Kai Resort. One of the finest properties ever developed on the island, these Poipu vacation rentals include 3-4 bedroom poolside villas and 2-4 bedroom garden villas. The Villas are luxurious throughout, including gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and SubZero refrigerators.
My family, consisting of eight adults and two children, rented a four bedroom/three and a half bath penthouse condo for an eight night vacation in late March/early April. We had a wonderful time. The condo was spacious, well appointed and very well equipped. I was a little concerned about having so many people under one roof. My concern was unfounded. The four bedrooms are interspersed throughout the condo in a way that provides separate quiet space for each room and the four lanais virtually double the total living space of the unit. In fact, the entire wall of the main living area opened up to the largest lanai which had a large dinner table and a small sitting area. This was my favorite feature of the condo, as all ten of us could easily sit and converse as a group without feeling like we were right on top of one another. We loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. While the island has a lot to offer, we didn’t have to venture far from the condo to have a good time. We will be back!
