Appaloosa Lodge and Bleddfa View are luxurious, spacious log cabins which are situated at the end of a track next to the Radnor forest in Mid Wales, a perfect place for walkers, cyclists, horse riders and those who just want to relax in the peace and quiet of a rural location. Each lodge has their own enclosed, well-fenced garden area and access to a fenced shared paddock area of three acres with direct access to the forest. A locked shed is provided for storage. There is private car parking space for two cars for each Lodge. There is grazing for horses next to the cabins or stables at the Cottage if you prefer. We welcome well behaved dogs but please be aware that sheep graze the fields and therefore we ask that dogs be kept on a lead if they are out of the cabin area. Each lodge has a barbeque area and a set of garden tables and chairs to sit, sip a drink and enjoy the summer sun. The stylish hot tubs are situated at the front of the cabins, under a lit canopy, low to the ground to enable you to enjoy the views and the night sky whatever the weather. There is no light pollution in the area and so a good view of the stars at night can be enjoyed. The entrance to the lodges are ramped to enable easy mobility and lead into a well-equipped utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty of room to hang your outdoor clothes, dry your wellies and clean the dog! Both lodges are decorated and equipped to a high standard and we would ask that dog owners keep their pets out of the bedrooms and out of the hot tubs! |
