We have taken extra special care to personally decorate and equip Minnie Heaven to the standards you desire for a place you will call home during your Orlando stay.
Whether you are heading to Disney, Universal Studios or simply having a golf vacation, you will find our home to be just the kind of clean, spacious accommodations that will allow you to relax and recharge your batteries for the next day of adventure.
One master suite has a King bed, private bath and access to the pool area. The second master has a Queen bed and its own private bath. Each master has its own television with Brighthouse Digital cable programming.
The other two bedrooms have a full size bed in one and two twin beds in the other sharing a full bath.
The family room is furnished with attractive, comfortable furniture. The family room television is equipped with Brighthouse Digital cable programming and has a combo DVD/VCR player.
The screened-in patio/pool area gets ample sun. The lanai is a great place for relaxing, reading, chatting or eating prior to taking a dip in the pool. Another great feature of this area is the Spa that spills into the pool.
The lanai has a ceiling fan with table and comfortable lounge chairs. There is a barbecue gas grill in the lanai for your use at no additional cost.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare dinner or reheat the leftovers from the previous evening's dining.
All towels and bed linens are provided.

Lovely, spacious home. Tile floors throughout are perfect for dogs. Quiet neighborhood near Disney parks.
We travel to Orlando several times per year and always prefer to stay in one of Lou's homes. The homes are very clean, and Lou is a very responsive owner. We would highly recommend- great value for the money and great location.
This home was a very nice home . Me and my family really enjoy stay at this home . The pool was very nice. And it was so close to everything . Would stay there again .
We stayed in June 2016, and this was our second stay at this property. The owner was very helpful in making changes to our reservation and answering questions. This house is located minutes away from Disney World parks, and a short drive to other attractions. It is roomy and affordable, especially if shared between two families. There were a few minor inconveniences during this stay--the dryer sensor didn't seem to work, so we used timed dry cycle instead. Also, the ice maker and filtered refrigerator water were not available, and the only DVD player was in the master bedroom. But, overall, a great place for families to stay.
My husband and I stayed here from January 2, 2016 to March 31m 2016. during our stay we had friends come in to visit the home is very well maintained. There were only 5 forks when we arrived. We discussed this with the owners who hand delivered a new silverware set that very same day. the home is on a very quiet street and the backyard is very private. There is a park across the street but no noise or disturbances for our entire stay. We loved the home so much we wanted to rent it again for the 2017 season However the home was already booked. Lou was great, he has another home in the area and accommodated us for 2017. We will be sure to get in touch with Lou early in the season to ensure the rental of this home for the 2018 season! Lou is very responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. We hope to rent from him for many years to come.
