Description

Cumbrian Lakes is a modern gated community, set in a conservation area with attractive lakes, walking track and kids play area. You can relax in the luxury of your own vacation rental villa yet be only a few minutes drive away from theme parks, dining, shopping, golf and entertainment. For the price of a mid range hotel on International Drive or in nearby Kissimmee you could rent your own luxury vacation rental villa and enjoy a far more relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The south west facing pool is 27' x 12' and fully lit giving you the opportunity to make the most of the pool in the warm Florida evenings. The pool and patio are covered by mesh giving you protection against insects but still allows you to top up your tan. There is also a luxury spa to revive you after a day at the theme parks. The pool is serviced weekly to insure it's kept in pristine condition. Pool/Spa heating is an optional extra - this isn't generally needed for most of the year, but is available at £85 per week if required.

The patio has a lanai (covered area) with a fan so you can eat al fresco whatever the Florida weather. A shower is situated on the large pool deck, where there is also plenty of room for the loungers, table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard including a large fridge/freezer and ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal and 12 place settings.

The lounge is comfortably furnished and carpeted throughout with a 50” plasma home theatre system, HD Cable TV for those evenings when you want to stay in and relax. Nintendo Wii with Wii Fit and other games, Playstation2 with a selection of games, board games, DVD's, Videos. High speed wireless internet access (Laptop available upon request). The 1st Master Bedroom has a King-size bed, ceiling fan, 27” TV DVD/VCR combo, telephone, chest of drawers and a large walk in wardrobe with lots of coat hangers! It also has direct access through sliding doors to the pool area. The en suite has a large walk in shower, roman tub, double vanity unit and a separate W.C.

The 2nd Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, clock radio and large wardrobe space. It has a TV/DVD with Digital Cable. This holiday rental villa also has its own adjacent bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and W.C. Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded room with a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet with a lamp and a double built in wardrobe. This room also has a TV/VCR with Digital Cable. There is a set of extra bedding for all beds. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with a double bed at the bottom, a chest of drawers, beside cabinet with lamp, double built in wardrobe and a TV with Digital Cable. Bathroom 3 is a "Jack 'n' Jill" bathroom which is accessible from bedroom 3 and 4. This features a well lit vanity unit and a separate bathroom/shower and W.C. Our holiday villa backs onto a lake with 2 ornamental fountains that are illuminated in the evenings.

Policy

Notes to the Rental Rates: Discount may be given for stays of over 3 weeks. Optional Pool Heat is $150 per week. Prices are inclusive of all taxes. Deposit required of Aproximately $150 per week max $300 per booking. Baby Equipment & BBQ are available for hire. Additional cleaning charge of $75 for stays of less than 5 nights. Refundable Security Deposit $300.
