Five of us own the villa, and our name, Ball Five comes from when we meet at Ball State Univ. We pitched in as our main employment had a trade show in the Orlando area each year. It just made more sense to have a nice place to stay when we exhibit, rather than a crowded hotel with people banging on walls, floor, ceilings etc. The goal is to use it for the trade show and make it available for families coming to the area. Our local property does a great job keeping it clean and available.
