This is an ideal location for your vacation. It has all the facilities you will need for a great vacation as well as being situated only 15 minutes drive from the entrance to Disney World. The south-facing villa is situated in a quiet conservation area with woodland and lakes on the doorstep. Fishing is permitted in the lake at the rear of the property, where you will see many wild birds and animals.

All rates include 13% Tourist Tax, Utilities and Clean.

Pool Heat is charged at £100/$150 per week.

To secure your booking please pay a deposit of £250/$400 per week. The balance is required 8 weeks before the start of your vacation.

Prefer Saturday to Saturday bookings but we can sometimes be flexible and can sometimes take bookings from 3 days+

For stays of less than 7 nights there is a surcharge for cleaning of £100/$150.

A security deposit of £250/ $400 is payable with your balance and is refundable after your stay (subject to satisfactory inspection by our management company). Non Refundable Paypal Surcharge - 4% Of Total Balance Payment For Merchant Service Fees.
