“Minutes-From-Mickey” is our beautiful townhome, situated in the 5-Star Windsor Palms Resort community less than 4 miles from Walt Disney World in sunny Central Florida, giving quick and easy access to the area’s many theme and water parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and other attractions.
With its 3 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge. This fully air conditioned luxury townhome also has its own South facing Patio and Pool in an enclosed Lanai.
Our well-equipped spacious kitchen with modern appliances allows you to prepare either a quick snack or complete family meals. There is also a large walk-in Pantry. The Dining Table comfortably seats 6, plus there are 2 additional chairs at the Breakfast Bar.
In the comfortable Lounge area you can enjoy the 46" HD flat screen TV with Cable, along with Playstation 3 and a DVD/VHS Player. The ceiling fan along with ceramic tiles throughout are additional features for the hot summer days and evenings. The sliding glass doors open out to a private screened-in lanai with South facing Splash Pool where you can really enjoy the warm Florida sun throughout the whole day. The pool area has a removable safety fence adding protection for young infants if required. To the rear of the property is an open grassed area.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, TV and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle and vanity unit. This bathroom also has a separate entry door from the entrance hall.
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom featuring a garden tub and shower combination. Walk-in closet, hair dryer, TV, and ceiling fan are also included.
Across the landing you will find the Disney themed 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The twin beds, TV and ceiling fan make a perfect space for the kids to relax. The private bathroom continues the Disney theme and has a bath with shower and vanity unit.
On the landing you will find the laundry area equipped with fully automatic Washer and Dryer available for guests’ use. There is also an iron and ironing board provided.
For our guests’ convenience the home is equipped with a keyless entry door lock with a unique combination assigned prior to arrival. This avoids having the inconvenience of having to collect keys after a long journey to the resort.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and telephone within the USA & Canada is included for those who wish to keep in touch with the outside world. In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided along with a high chair, Pack 'n Play Crib and bed rail. Pool heating is available if required at additional cost.
Additionally, for our guests’ ongoing comfort, our onsite management company is available 24 hours a day for emergency service on our property.

We had a great time at your townhome. Everything was super cleaned and meticulously maintained. I loved that the beds were made for us considering we arrived at midnight. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you again, and I would highly recommend anyone to your townhome.
We loved being at Minutes from Mickey! The townhouse was beautiful and had everything we needed and wanted! It was so close to Disney and Orange County Convention Center where my daughter played Volleyball. We loved having the three bedrooms and three bathrooms to get ready each morning! The owners even let us add on another night when we wanted to stay an extra night! I highly recommend this property! Beth Hovekamp

It's nice and close to the Disney Parks. The unit is clean. The heated community pool is huge. This beats a tiny hotel room any day!!
