Description

This vacation rental on Secret Key Cove, walking distance to the clubhouse, is a four bedroom, three bath private vacation home with a pool located in the wonderful Emerald Island Resort.

Emerald Island Resort is located about 1 mile from highway 192 between markers 4 and 5. The turn off for Disney is between markers 6 and 7. The markers are approximately 1 mile apart and help locate attractions & restaurants along the 192 (the markers start at 1 and run to 15 in a west to east direction). The 192 can be entered via the I4 at Exit 58 using HW27 or via the I4 at Exit 64b. The resort is located on the east side of Funie Steed Road.

The 4,000 square foot clubhouse is the vibrant hub of the community. It is concierge staffed for your entertainment and assistance. The concierge group provides attraction assistance, coffee and rolls in the morning, and a calendar full of activities for your pleasure.

At the clubhouse you will find: community pool and jacuzzi spa, Tiki bar serving drinks pool side, sundry shop, computer cafe, fitness room, sauna, arcade room and lots of camaraderie.

Adjacent to the clubhouse: Children's playground, sand volleyball, walking/jogging trails through 11 acres of nature with picnic areas, regulation tennis courts with complimentary racquets and balls.

Emerald Island Resort is not only the closest gated community to Disney, it also is the most elaborately landscaped. There are fountains, bricked and flowered driveways, large ponds and gorgeous flower beds.

Cleaning fee for stay of less than 7 nights = $95.

Pool heat option $70 per week.

Pool heat is free June through August.

PAYMENT: 50% of rent to secure dates.
