Our beautiful seven bedroom / six bathroom home is situated in the exclusive “Enclave” section of Emerald Island, a gated resort community which is within 5 minutes' drive of Disney World.
It is an ideal location for large family groups. Inside, the house is fully equipped to a very high standard to meet all your holiday requirements.
Each bedroom has a TV/DVD combo. The main family area has a 52 inch wide screen “smart” TV with a soundba and Blu-ray DVD player. The second floor den has an additional flat screen TV with PS2 (with a selection of games).
The house is fully air-conditioned and has a games room with a pool table and Foosball table (table football).
The house leads onto a shaded lanai with tables and chairs. Beyond is a screened deck area with a heated south facing 30 foot pool and spa with sun loungers, overlooking a lake and a wooded conservation area. There are alarms on all doors leading to the pool and a child safety fence can be erected if preferred.

We are Gareth and Cathie. We first visited Florida with our children in 1997 and have been coming back ever since. What do we love about the Orlando area? The sunshine, the scenery, the theme parks for the children and the opportunity to relax by playing tennis and golf, swimming and visiting beautiful beaches and national parks. Nowhere helps us unwind like Florida. Gareth Jones purchased this House in 2004
On arrival this house was very clean and tidy. It suited our party of 11 people very well as it has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms all ensuite. We were very impressed by both the owner and management company who were extremely attentive. The area is very smart and well looked after and we had easy access to both Disney and Universal parks. The house is well stocked, particularly with towels and bed linen and we made good use of the washing machine and tumble drier! I would highly recommend this property and we are delighted with our choice.
We had an awesome stay at Casa Esmeralda from Dec. 22-27, 2017! The house was spacious and comfortable. It was stocked with all necessary household items and more. It was a reasonable drive to the Disney theme parks and close to shopping and restaurants. The owner was always very timely and responsive in his communication with us. The neighborhood was lovely. We are so glad we chose this home over a hotel stay. We look forward to visiting again!
This was one of the best I have stayed in before. I will return as long as the dates are open. I have more family coming the next trip so I would love to get the house across the street 8562, or something really close to this property. Thank you Mr.Garth
Stayed as a party of 11 more than enough room in this lovely house. All the facilities you need and the south facing pool not overlooked. In a gated community and security is great. Would highly recommend and will return. Lovely restaurants 5 minutes away and idea,location for all the parks. Great customer service from the owner both before the visit and during .
This was my fourth stay at Casa Esmeralda, the last one was five years ago. The house is still as well kept as before and has been nicely updated with HD TV's and WIFI. The other 6 golf buddy's who came down with me all raved about the comfort and convenience of the house. The other 5 guys (who stayed somewhere else) were jealous. Gareth is very attentive, responsive and thorough. We will be back!
