This was the 3rd vacation home we have rented in the Orlando area, and it was by far the best. The home was very clean, well equipped, and both secure yet easy to access. The kids loved the pool and my dogs the privacy fenced yard. The owners supply sheets to cover the furniture, so you don\'t have to worry about the kids or dogs making a mess. By far the smartest thing I have seen offered. This home is pet friendly, but you wouldn\'t know anyone brings their dogs because of their well thought out system. I have asthma and own Poodles, because they do not shed. I always worry if a vacation home will cause me issues, but I didn\'t see any hair in the home or on the furniture. I never had to use my inhaler, which was a nice surprise. We would absolutely stay here again.
Everything about our stay was just perfect! Sue was so responsive and just a delight to correspond with. As a first time renter, I had lots of questions, and Sue delightfully answered all of my questions and concerns. The home was spacious and provided enough room for all of us (9 total). The pool and hot tub were warm and a big hit with our kiddos, as was the games room. The fenced-in yard and hammock was an added bonus! The proximity of the home to all the major Disney attractions, shops, restaurants and more made travel a breeze. We even ventured the two hours to the Gulf beaches and just over an hour to Cocoa beach. It\'s a great home base to explore central and coastal Florida. We had a blast. I highly recommend this home!
The best decision we made for our Disney/Orlando trip was to stay off Disney property and rent a house. Each of our kids had their own room, we\'d come home for late naps/dinner and go back to the parks at night. Once the kids were asleep we weren\'t stuck in our room/suite bored. We had free roam, were able to prep for the next day and relax in the pool and hot tub. On down days, the kids loved having a heated pool to themselves and were constantly chasing and catching lizards. Sue is wonderful to work with and you can tell she has an attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked, even to the point when I ordered potatoes (out of habit) through instacart instead of instant mashed potatoes, a hand mixer was available! I was able to cook dinners a few nights and have left overs the others. The kitchen was well stocked with tools if you decide to cook. We used the booster seat as well as the 2 umbrella strollers, and there was even a bed rail to use with the twin beds for our 3 year old. We were going to use a pool noodle, instead. The pool fence was amazing and we could let the kid hang out outside without any fear of them getting through to the pool/hot tub, yet it was simple enough for us to unsecure and secure every time we walked through. If we return to the area we\'d definitely book the same house with Sue if it\'s available.
This home is spacious, clean, comnfortable, well decorated and fully equipped. The pool, fenced backyard and game room were great distractions for our grandkids and dog. We went with our two adult daughters and their spouses. One of our daughters also has two sons. The setup of the house was perfect. We had a master for ourselves, our daughter and her spouse had the other master and the other daughter\'s family had two twin bedrooms that shared the third bathroom in their own area of the house.
My whole family found the residence to be ideal for us. The neighborhood was very serene and quiet. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Everything was clean, inviting and comfortable. Didn\'t care too much for stove and oven. Although very modern, I personally prefer using a gas stove. Beside that, every thing was really nice, comfortable and pleasant. The grandkids really enjoyed the den and the games. One other thing that we did find accommodating was the closeness to the restaurants, shopping area, grocery stores and last but not least a stone throw from all of the Disney parks and of course the airport. I certainly have no qualms in recommending this property to my family and friends for any future stays in the area. It certainly meets or exceeds your expectations. Thank you for having us!
