This is a great house in a good location...close to restaurants, highways, shopping and the theme parks. All rooms are well equipped, especially the kitchen with loads of dishes, drinking glasses and cutlery. All three generations enjoyed playing pool in the games room. By far the best feature is the backyard. The pool is massive and the heating system kept it and the spa comfortable all week. We watched March Madness on the outdoor tv and there is tons of outdoor seating. Kim is a thoughtful host and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. We would definitely stay at one of her properties again. She has added a number of great features making it so much more than your average rental. It was awesome.
Great house very close to Disney parks. 6 huge rooms and TVs everywhere! Even by the pool! The pool and spa were very clean and offered some late night entertainment after the parks closed. Kim was great and very helpful through the entire process. My family and I primarily hit the Disney parks all day then came home for dinner. There is a super target just a few minutes away for all our needs. Overall it is an excellent house in an excellent location.
I've been renting in Florida for over 20 years and have never been more impressed by an owner. The villa itself is amazing with a huge pool and is very private due to wall at rear. I had reservations about a north facing pool but the deck had sunshine all day long.The pool furniture is new and has ample seating with up to 6 loungers and 16 seats, there's also a large HDTV in the pool area. Talking about TV's, wait 'til you see the TV in the living area.... WOW. Villa is ideally situated for Sherberth Rd shortcut and although admittedly the traffic lights were with us, we were at Animal Kingdom in 7 minutes and Disney Springs in 12. If like me you've booked a villa before in Davenport with a "GENUINE" 10 minutes to Disney and your still in the car after half an hour then you'll know why this is a prime location. I could go on with other things about the villa but need to mention the owners. Kim and Rob were excellent both before and during the stay. Their communication was 2nd to none. I had emailed Kim about a small issue and Rob turned up at the door 15 minutes later to resolve it. I can't recommend this house enough and given the opportunity I'll certainly be back
