Description

Our privately owned beautiful 4 bedroom luxury holiday villa is fully equipped, on a large quiet corner plot at Indian Point Kissimmee close to Disney World and all the other major Orlando Attractions.

Our Orlando villa benefits from having a south facing private swimming pool and separate children's pool which are not overlooked, games area, games console, free nursery equipment, free Wi-Fi Internet Access and free International telephone calls. The villa is fully air conditioned / central heated and equipped to accommodate up to 10 people. We provide all towels, bed linen, beach towels, a cot / crib with bedding and a highchair.

Centrally located just 2 minutes from a 24 hour super Wal-Mart, 2 minutes from Mini Golf, 2 minutes from Medieval Times Dinner Show, 10 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Conveniently located for both Orlando International Airport and Sanford International Airport which serve the area.

Close by you will find a large variety of restaurants, pubs, fast food outlets, supermarkets, gift shops, mini golf and numerous golf courses.

The South Facing Pool and the Childrens pool which are not overlooked can be heated at an additional fee and are enhanced by the sun deck and covered patio area. The Covered Patio Area with ceiling fan and light is equipped with padded loungers, padded chairs, table and an electric BBQ Grill for your outdoor enjoyment. For the safety of younger children we have installed an alarm system on all external doors leading to the pool area.

The Games Area has a 7ft pool table, a Dart Board, a selection of games & toys and a 10 in 1 Games Table which includes; Table Football, Table Tennis & many more games.

The fully equipped Kitchen with table and chairs has all modern conveniences including microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and utensils along with a large selection of pots, pans, crockery and glasses. The washer and dryer are located in a separate Laundry Room.

The Living Area has digital cable TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, ceiling fan and if required one of the settees converts to a queen sized sofa bed.

The Formal Dining area has an elegant glass topped table and chairs for those more formal meals at home.

The Master Bedroom has a ceiling fan, American King size bed, telephone, cable TV and a patio door leading to the pool area. The Large en-suite bathroom has toilet, large corner bath, double vanity unit, separate shower cubicle and large walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a ceiling fan, double bed, large closet, bedside tables, cable TV and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 has a ceiling fan, twin beds, cable TV, Playstation 2 with games, large closet, bedside table and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 has a ceiling fan, twin beds and is themed in Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too style, again with a large closet and drawers. The Family Bathroom comprises of toilet, bath with shower over and vanity unit.

We provide a Safe, Free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi Internet Access, Free International and National Telephone calls, Children's Games, Electric BBQ, Fans in all bedrooms, Hairdryer, Golf Clubs, Tennis Racquets, Cot / Crib with bedding, Highchair, Stroller, all Towels, Beach Towels & Bed Linen.

Stays of less than 1 week incur an end of stay clean of £40 / US$70

The villa was as stated on the website and we were really pleased with it. Everything was well thought of especially the childrens room. The pool was really warm especially in the evenings and our children, especially our 1 year old really enjoyed it. The area is nice and quiet and peaceful and yet close to everything.
