Description

Kiltale Cottage vacation rental is something special, and recognised as such by the Kiltale experience's recent award as an outstanding example of successful agri-tourism. Built originally in the 16th century as a herder's cottage, we have added a unique blend of homeliness, space and comfort, complimented by modern facilities and a rural setting. This lovely holiday cottage rental has a modern kitchen, living room with open fire, 1 double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom with bath, utility room and a beautiful mature garden with it's attractive night lighting.

Guests Facilities: Dishwasher, Washing machine/dryer, Fridge, T.V. Video, Radio, Microwave, Hairdryer, Iron, Hoover, Oil Fired Central Heating, Babysitting, Fax and email facilities by request, Secure parking, BBQ, Picnic Table, Children's playground and playhouse, Bed linen and Towels supplied free. D.V.D, Cot and high chair supplied free.

Policy

1. A deposit of EUR 200 is required to confirm booking. The balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
2. Damage deposit: We require EUR 200 damage deposit against potential damage during stay refundable on departure.
3. Cancellation: We reserve the right to take a cancelation fee as follows:
4. More than 31 days: Deposit forfeited. 8-21 days: 75% of rental forfeited. 7. Less than 8 days: 100% of rental forfeited.
5. Accommodation available from 4pm-8pm arrival date and vacated by 10am on departure date. unless otherwise agreed.
6. We endeavour to have your accommodation in a well maintained state when you arrive and request you leave the same way.
7. The number of persons stated on the booking form must not be exceeded without permission.
8. Bed linen, towels supplied free.
9. There is an extra charge for electricity at 20c per unit. Heat EUR 1 per unit.
10. We cannot cater for pets. Private car parking available. Owners nearby.
