Kilkenny City and County have a lot to offer, some examples are: Kilkenny Castle, Kilkenny design center craft shop, St.Canices Cathedral dating from the 13 century, Black Abbey founded in 1225 by William Marshall.These are just some of our historic buildings, there are more. Just a short drive from City Center are the Dunmore caves, Woodstock estate in Inistioge, Duiske Abbey and Jerpoint Abbey.
