Welcome to Breagagh View B and B where a heart felt welcome awaits you. We will endeavor to make your stay in our home, a pleasant and warm experience.

Large bright spacious rooms, with en-suites,added to excellent Irish home cooking, will make your stay with us, an enjoyable and lasting memory. We look forward to meeting you and to sharing our home with you.

Our accommodation is ideally situated between Hotel Kilkenny (200mts.approx) and the Springhill Hotel (300mts.approx), for anyone attending functions or weddings.

The Ormonde, Hibernian and Club House Hotels are only a short drive, less than four minuetes away.

Breagagh View BnB is a magnificent 8 bedroomed detatched bungalow set on its own elevated and superbly landscaped garden on the Kells Road, within a 10 minute walking distance of the City centre.

The gardens have been beautifully landscaped to provide a vast array of shrubs and plants with colour and vibrancy in abundance, added to this is a substantial water feature with waterfall and fountain.

All of our bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with televisions, hairdryers and Radio alarm clocks.

On arrival you will receive a key for your bedroom and the front door allowing you to come and go as you please.

We have a private car park available for guest use. Breakfast is served in our dining room each morning. We have a choice of either an Irish or Continental breakfast.

Policy

Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient prior notice, a financial penalty applies.

7-14 days notice - 25% of the 1st night.

2-6 days notice - 50% of the 1st night.

24 hours notice/failure to show - 100% loss of the first night of booking.
