In a perfect setting in the perfect mountain retreat. River Run Village in Keystone - Keystone's newest Village and a studio that will meet your every need, especially your financial need to save money!! This studio has every amenity that you need for a relaxing vacation. It is a great corner unit, steps from the gondola, with a complete kitchen, living area with a fireplace, TV/VCR, and a full bath.
It has a pull out sofa sleeper and a murphy bed with plenty of room to relax and sit by the fire.
$45 cleaning fee payable directly to Keystone.
It is the perfect spot for a week long wonderful vacation or a quick weekend stay and anything in between.
In the lobby you'll find a pool table, another fireplace and another TV, the sauna and ski storage. Step right outdoors to the three hot tubs and walk a few minutes underground to the Dakota bldg for the outdoor heated pool. Or step right downstairs to pedestrian village. This is a great unit with views of the valley and mountains.
This unit is located on the fifth floor of the Silver Mill building in the River Run Village.

* Cancellations: No refunds for less than 30 days notice. Full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to stay. 1/2 if before 30 days. If you're travelling in the winter - you might think about trip insurance.

We have stayed in other rental homes in the past, but have never had such great customer service and an owner that made sure everything was just as we expected, and more! Very clean, comfortable and cozy and a perfect location. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends, after we book it again, so they don't take the same dates that we want!!
My stay in Keystone was great the condo I stayed in was perfect for 2 people very clean. Maintenance was very prompt came within the hour to fix toilet and keys to ski locker didn't work brought new keys in 30 mins. The condo was within walking distance of all shops and restaurants but a short walk from gondola not to far to be a nuisance. So over all I would return to Keystone the town and its people were great.
We enjoyed our stay the studio was nice and right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. The gondola/lift to the slopes is a short walk. Only minor issue Our ski locker wouldn't lock so I called maintenence and they fixed it right away. The condo lobby has a nice sitting area with couches and tv. There is also a game room with two pool tables. Covered Parking garage is convenient on the bottom level. Would recommend to anyone who wants to ski Keystone.
If you want to get first chair in the morning this is a great place to do it, a 5 minute walk to the lift, with a great breakfast burrito joint on the way to the gondola, and you're on the slopes! This is right in the village, no need for a car, just get the shuttle from the airport and you're all set! The owner was also very helpful and responsive.
My girlfriend and I stayed 4 nights at this location and everything was great. The condo was as advertised. Clean, well maintained and a great location. The underground parking and ski lockers were both convenient and a nice addition, awesome. The entire complex was clean and the people were friendly and quick to help you with any issues. I have not found a better condo anywhere for a price that cant be beat. The owner replied quickly and handled everything quickly and professionally.
