This Lovely 2 BR Vacation Home Rental Sleeps 4+1 formally a livestock house, beautifully converted with a gallery and walkway, exposed roof trusses and purlins.

Stunning south facing views across a valley to open countryside. French windows opening directly onto own patio with furniture and BBQ. One double upstairs (4ft 6"). One twin downstairs (3ft) please note there are 2 internal steps from living area to BR/bathroom. Sleeping Gallery with 1 (3ft) guest bed. Max 4 adults. Bathroom downstairs with shower over bath, w.c. hand basin, heated towel rail. Shower room upstairs, shower, w.c. hand basin, heated towel rail. Slate floors downstairs, bedrooms carpeted. Under floor heating throughout. Comprehensively equipped kitchen with, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge with ice compartment, (freezer space available on site). T.V. freeview, dvd player, CD player. Free WiFi. Enclosed shared lawn garden. There are 2 parking spaces allocated to this cottage.

Policy

Please note the cottages are available on a Friday to Friday booking. 5% discount given for 2nd and subsequent weeks booked. 5% discount for couples.

Short breaks are available for 3 nights Fri - Sun or 4 nights Mon - Thurs and are charged at 75% of the weekly rate.
Short breaks are not normally available during peak time, which are highlighted in grey. (last minute short breaks may be available, please ring to check).

Please e-mail via the "contact us" page or ring to check availabilty and reserve your preferred dates. We ask for a deposit of one third of the total cost on booking with the remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
