Rate Details: Rent: $3,800 to $4,850/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $300 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee, and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
Utility Caps/Mo: $ 100 water and $200 electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided.
Condo Association Requirements: There is a required application and a fee of $100 per adult (unless a married couple) and $25 per adult child (18 and over).
Pet Deposits: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.
Optional Insurances:
Accidental Damage Insurance : $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay.
