This ranch home is in the desirable location of Kalkaska county right off the Blue Bear ORV/Snowmobile trails. Fully furnished with towels, bedding, dishes, and cooking utinsels. Just bring your food and a good time. There are 2 bedrooms and two full baths. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. The home has satallite TV with premium channels and WiFi. Down hill skiing approximatel 30 min. away. Turtle Creek Casino approx. 20 min. away. Blue Lake, Bear Lake, and Manistee lakes only 5 min. away. Rental rates are $100 per night with a three night minimum. Stay 6 nights and the 7th night is free. There is a $50 cleaning fee. We are dog friendly as long as the dog is kenneled when inside the home. The home owners have a home next door and are there often. They also have small and large dogs that are also allowed to roam on the five acres. |
