If you are looking for that beautifully romantic home in the France, this is your home! Juan Les Pins as absolute privacy, with gated access, landscaping grounds and a waterfall on property.

This beautiful one bedroom house is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be perfect for a large family or two smaller families to reveal, being able to accommodate up to four adults.  Master bedroom has one king size bed and newly refurbished bathroom with walk-in shower, two shower heads, and ocean views.

Ample kitchen with commercial stove/oven and refrigerator, inside laundry, two car garages, dining table located by sitting area, with an ocean view is also available. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with complimentary teas & coffee, casual dining area, living room.

Our home is close to all major attractions being only fifteen minutes from the local restaurants, entertainment, shops and supermarkets.

The home vacation rental rates $550 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Policy

All rates in Euro. Additional costs: Bedlinen to rent included towel and bath towel 20 euro per person. Final cleaning 55 euro. Arrival time 3.00 PM -departure time 11.00 AM.

30% of rental due immediately to secure booking.70% of rental due when you arrive. Booking fee is not refundable so we suggest suitable insurance should be carried in event of cancellation.

Refundable breakages deposit 250 Euro to pay when you arrive, paid back when you depart if there is no damage.
