The penthouse is located on the first floor with plenty of privacy. From the living room and veranda on the front of the penthouse, you have a magnificent ocean view. Even from the infinity pool you can look distantly into the ocean and over to the quarantine hospital and Fort Beekenburg. At the back of the penthouse there is also a covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the balmy evenings.
Truly everything has been done to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Obviously, there is Wi-Fi and lovely lounge sofas, both inside and out. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, six-burner induction plate, dishwasher, and a widespread of tableware and cookware.
The master bedroom is extra luxury and features a spacious dressing room and has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower that also gives the opportunity to feel like a lovely outdoor shower just by opening the shutters. There is a standing bath, a toilet and bidet. The other two generous bedrooms are both equipped with a wardrobe and bathroom with sink, toilet and shower, where you also have the opportunity to experience that freedom feeling of showering outdoors. Obviously there are very comfortable box springs that ensure you’ll wake up rested. The bedrooms have air conditioning so you can determine a comfortable temperature yourself. If you prefer to sleep without air conditioning, just open the shutters to enjoy the cooling sea breeze.

We had the great fortune of selecting Riccavitta for our vacation in Curacao last week. We selected the Penthouse and could not have been happier with the home, its condition, the architecture and clean uncluttered Interior design. Luisa (the Riccavita welcome staff and housemanager) was pleasant, responsive and helpful). Riccavita is certainly one of the nicest homes on the island. You will enjoy.
My family recently visited Curacao and we stayed in the brand new Penthouse at Riccavita. We were extremely impressed with the accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms are spectacular! Very clean lines and nicely appointed. The owners are very considerate, friendly and cooperative which simplified the booking process. Riccavita is located near Jan Thiel Beach so restaurants and other activities were convenient. The owners even allowed us to use their car which I highly recommend! Thank you for the fabulous vacation.

The house is very luxurious and equipped with all comforts. The look is totally super. With a beautiful garden on the ground floor and a beautiful view on the first floor Bathrooms and kitchen are top notch And with 6 people very spacious The 2 terraces at your disposal have a different appearance so you have a choice where you want to stay at that moment Location is perfect. Close to the beach and restaurants.
Curaçao is in any case a wonderful, beautiful island, with so many nice things to do. Nature, culture, good food, sporting activities. It is very diverse. But if you also stay in Riccavita, where really everything is thought, you have a totally unforgettable holiday. The cool view, the beautiful interior, the beautiful garden. And it is also within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach, where you can sunbathe and eat well. We will certainly return here more often.
