Rate Details: Rent is $16,000/month without boat lift December thru August or $18,000/month WITH lg boat cradle; $15,000/month September thru November with or without boat lift. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $525 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $2500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $5,500 without. Pet Fee: If your pet is accepted there is an additional $200 security deposit and a $45 pet cleaning fee.
Optional Insurances Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan.
