Little Bay's Lower Duplex is one of three rental units on this fabulous property. The Little Bay property is a one acre lush tropical setting in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. The units are available for rent by the week, or month. Each unit sleeps up to 6 people - rent one or all for a family reunion. Protected dockage in the "little bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. There's a "sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula so you can capture all the Vitamin D your body needs. Relax in one of the hammocks or enjoy quiet time under the pergola or a picnic under the tiki. Enjoy easy access to the bay and property from this ground floor unit. Gaze at the fabulous sunsets from your covered patio or out on the peninsula.
When it's time to retire to the indoors you'll love the interior of the Lower Duplex. It offers 2 bedrooms/2 baths plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen has been updated including new appliances and granite counters. The baths are up to date as are the furnishings. A full size washer and dryer in the unit, central air, flat screen TV in the living room and WiFi round out the amenities that will guarantee a fabulous holiday. Bedding is King, Queen, Murphy, Sleeper Sofa.

Rate Details: Rent is $2500/week or $7500/month.
Additional Charges: $150 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee and 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $500 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $1000 without.
Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property case by case. If your pet is accepted there is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150.

AvailableWe represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
We rented the entire Little Bay compound and held a magical Keys wedding. It was a beautiful setting for a fairy tale wedding.
Our family vacation at Little Bay was very nice. The lower duplex is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Close to just about everything (Whale Harbor, reefs, restaurants, etc.). The owners allowed us to bring our dog which is a big plus. It's going to be hard to stay anywhere else in the Keys after staying at Little Bay. Thanks to everyone at Keys Holiday Rentals! We'll be back!
Our family rented both the upper and lower duplexes and had a wonderful time. The management people were super friendly and had tons of information and ideas/recommendations for anything you could need! We rent often in the Keys and this is the nicest house we have rented. The little touches made it like being at home - the quality linens, the comfy beds, and the cleanliness! We loved how the property is private and the big back yard (with real grass) was a great play area for our kids and our dog! Can't wait to return next time!
My kids and I stayed on the property and rented the lower duplex. We had an amazing time and the dock for our boat was perfect. The kids and I went paddleboarding right off the back of our house and the dog also loved the large yard. The kids could snorkel right out back and it was located right next to everything. We never used our car to get around since we had the boat right in our back yard. We will most certainly be back.
We had the pleasure of staying at Little Bay early July...2 couples, 1 pup and our boat. It was fabulous! The view, location, property was exactly what we hoped for. Private but close to restaurants and easy access to the ocean, fishing, snorkeling etc. So convenient with the boat docked in front. Andi and staff were a pleasure to work with, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. We would return and recommend this property to friends.
My family and I spent Memorial Day Weekend at this gorgeous property and it was like paradise! Not only was it beautiful inside and out it had a sophisticated charm and inviting ora from the moment you entered the property and opened the door! This place screams class while still giving you the feeling of total relaxation. The beds are amazing!!! The grounds are clean and beautiful and we even had the convenience of keeping our boat in the bay at the private dock. The house was stocked with everything you need and I cannot boast enough on how impressed we were with this property. We will visit here again and again! In addition, I would also highly recommend Keys Holiday Rentals professional staff as they too had their own special touches to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Andi, Kathy & Ashley!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Little Bay and time we spent there. It far exceeded my expectations in every way. The property was beautiful and the unit had every amenity imaginable. There is no doubt in my mind that we will return to Little Bay. The views from the balcony are beautiful! What a wonderful outdoor area. The grass, coconut palms, and flowers were gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the dock and hammocks. The home was newly remodeled and was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and seemed to be fairly new mattresses. I would definately recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay...
