"Little Bay's Cottage" is one of three rental units on this property. The cottage is a ground level dwelling separate from two duplex units. It offers a unique floor plan with the main living area in the center of the house with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a full bath. To the right is a large bedroom with a king bed and full bath. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer is also located in this room. To the left of the living area is an enclosed sun room and at night serves as the 2nd bedroom. The sofa opens to a queen size sleeper and there is a twin size Murphy bed. The kitchen has been remodeled and is spacious and up to date in every way. The baths are up to date as are the furnishings. The cottage offers a little more privacy than the duplex units minus the water views.
The Little Bay property is an acre of lush tropical plantings in a gated compound located directly on Florida Bay. These units are available for rent by the week or month. Each unit sleeps up to 6 people - rent one or all for a family reunion. Protected dockage in the "little bay" will keep your 30' boat (or smaller) safe. There's a "sunning" area with lounge chairs on the peninsula. Relax in one of the hammocks or enjoy quiet time under the pergola or a picnic under the tiki. Central air, flat screen TV in the living room and WiFi round out the amenities that will guarantee a fabulous holiday. This property is professionally managed by Keys Holiday Rentals.

AvailableWe represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
We had a great time and want to come back if it is available since hurricane Irma.
Stayed in the cottage, 5 of us in total. Gorgeous cottage inside and out, set on a fabulous site with beautiful trees, shrubs, birds, green grass, stone paths, lots of parking & the piece de resistance - a few short steps to the dock area with hammocks, sun loungers, sun chairs, tables, benches and wonderful clear water. Sunshine, sunbathing, reading and swimming at leisure, water sports if you wished, made it an amazing holiday for us all. Loved it and would return in a heartbeat.
We rented the entire Little Bay compound and held a magical Keys wedding. It was a beautiful setting for a fairy tale wedding.
The pictures really don't do this place justice, there are so many comforts that it feels more like a home. It is in a great location and since it is gated, it was safe enough for my 9 year old twins to go exploring on their own. It truly has something for everyone. We cooked, laid out, watched the sunset, even took a dip in the bay. It was really lovely. We will definitely be returning.
