Additional Rate Information


Rate Details: Rent is $3000 to $4400/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of total rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Condo Association Charges:  There is a required application and a fee of $100.  Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Pet Fee: If your pet is accepted there is an additional $200 security deposit.

Utility Caps/Mo: $125 electricity.    

 

Optional Insurances

Accidental Damage Insurance: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: Because the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you're away from home we recommend CSA's Vacation Rental Insurance Plan.  Please review the CSA Marketing Flyer available on our website for more detail. CSA Plan Cost is 7.65% of all non-refundable charges. Unfortunately we are not able to offer either of these insurances to guests who reside in the states of NY or HI. We are not licensed in those states.

We have always enjoyed the keys and love staying at the Palms of Islamorada. The units are big enough and the amenities are nice. Unit 214 was nice and clean. A big TV for me. The condo was comfortable and relaxing. We will stay again in the future.
