Please don’t ask me if we have pools, tennis courts, ocean view, private access to the best beach, parking lot, forks, towels, or..... YES WE HAVE IT ALL! Plus, all services are within a walking distance.
Master room: King size bed + futon full size
Guest room: 2 tween beds, or a second king size bed (upon request) + extra futon (if needed).
This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all the utilities you need, microwave and refrigerator. Complementary HD TV, HDTV/DVD, Wi-Fi high speed internet, and private balcony. AC only in bedrooms. Open the sliding doors in the dinning room to enjoy a super fresh ocean breeze in all areas. In addition, the condominium has a coin operated laundry room 24/7, direct access to the beach, outdoor shower, picnic tables and grill. Public transportation, rental cars, restaurants, casinos, water sports, shopping centers, SPAs, pharmacies, and supermarkets are within walking distance. This apto is perfect for families, honeymooners, and business travelers who want to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the Isla Verde beaches. Rates are for 2 people, each extra person $20/per night.
Now our pools are brand new and open for you to enjoy them from 7am to 8pm.

My husband and I are botanists. After some years in the Caribbean, we bought a house in Puerto Rico because being part of the US we feel safe and we're still in the Caribbean. From Puerto Rico many other Islands are close. We enjoy exploring hidden places full of native plants. Besides, we have discovered the best sun sets, rivers, waterfalls, and magic places on the Island. Gaby purchased this Condo in 2006
A great place in a great location, Gaby is really easy to work with and the unit is in good shape. The location is perfectly situated in Isla Verde and the unit has a great ocean front view.
Ive been to a lot of places around the world and the US and I can honestly tell you one of my favorite experiences was in Puerto Rico. I rented a gorgeous place over looking the ocean and I can literally wake up everyday to that view. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Gaby and her husband (the owners) were the sweetest and best serving hosts ever. They met us at the airport, showed us the location, gave us extra keys, parking space (which is difficult in PR) and water in the fridge. The location of the apartment was also perfect. It is right in the middle of all you need from restaurants, hotels, bars and night clubs in Isla Verde. The apartment had enough beds and everything worked perfectly. All I can say is if you are looking for the best location, view, space, price and welcoming hosts, this is the place. I promise you won't regret it. I found my new spot for my next visit and it will be soon. Thank you again to Gaby and her husband for making my weekend getaway perfect. see you soon Dr. AJ
We had a amazing vacations on this place..the condo was perfect, the place was just like in the pictures..we didnt had no problem at all..we thank mis Gaby for everyting she was so nice...hope to come back again.. att Richard, Claudia and Paola
First off I have to say Gaby was truly amazing, and very flexible with us. Myself along with three other friends had a late arrival coming and gaby was kind enough to meet us at such a late hour. She picked us up drop us off at the condo, while explaining the rules, giving tour of the place and let us know if we needed anything that she was just a text or phone call away. Now lets talk about the place, We were on the 17th floor, so the view of the ocean was just breathtaking, & to wake up each morning and hear the crashing of the waves was perfect. The place is filled with mirrors which was a plus for me. The beach and pool was just a few steps away where they had a bunch of water activities, and few good food spots. Overrall if you looking for nice place to stay this is it. I truly enjoyed myself and Im looking forward to returning next time.

Your apartment is lovely, the view spectacular, the proximity of the beach is excellent, the secure parking is comforting and appreciated. Restaurant, Bakery/minimart , subway across the street . Easy access from the airport. Super clean , well equipped. I highly recommend this apartment and the hosts. I wish I was there now !;) Thanks again and see you soon!!!
