Description

Our condo is located directly on the beautiful white sand of Indian Shores Beach, Florida. Indian Shores is a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and local restaurants. The area also offers upscale dining and a variety of activities.
 
We have 1,400 sq.ft of living space on the second floor. Directly facing the pool-deck, the white sand beach. You got Gulf with views from the deck, living room and master bedroom. Two bedrooms and 2 baths. The TV´s in Living room and in second bedroom have GOOGLE CHROMCAST so you can enjoy Netflix, YouTube etc. The TV in living room is 60' HD LED smart TV witch you easily get Netflix, YouTube mm. you also got APPLE TV and GOOGLE CHROMCAST so you can listen to your favorite music and see your pictures.

About the Owner

We, Lars and Bibbi (brother and sister) lives in Sweden. We are golfers and we have been staying in the are since 1994. We usually get here in October-November and March-April. That time of the year you normally can't play golf in Sweden so we have found this the perfect place to go to. Lars Fluur and Bibbi Fluur purchased this condo in 2012 We have been staying in lot of places during the years. The first years we stayed in motels but soon we found out that it was better to rent a condo. After several years of renting we started to look on the real estate market. We looked from Cleawater Beach and south. When we found this condo we realized it was just what we wanted. A spacious condo direct on the beach. A huge pooldeck and beatiful views from the big balcony and master bedroom. The beach is fantastic and the area is quiet. Close to a lot of things to do and a huge amount of golfcourses.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the beach and pool is amazing. They have thought of everything you will need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has everything you need, they have beach chairs and toys and even a cooler to take to the beach with you!! The pool and hot tub are right outside and access to the beach is easy! The grills on the patio worked great and the view while using them was fabulous! The parking was easy and everything was exactly as they said it would be to get into the building and the condo. We loved everything about our stay!!

The condo and location are completely fantastic. When we went, the crowd at the beach was fairly minimal compared to other locations such as Clearwater. Lots of room for swimming, exploring, looking for shells, etc. The condo itself is very spacious with plenty of room for four. It does overlook the pool, which is fine. It can be kind of loud at times on the balcony overlooking and you do have a few palm trees that are at eye level for the sunset, but it does not affect it that much. The view for the sunset is just about perfect and you can not really get any better. Only a few small setbacks of recommendations for others. Bring your owns toiletry stuff such as soap, shampoo, etc. You may also want to bring extra toilet paper if needed. There was only one roll per bathroom. It was enough, but just in case. They do have laundry facilities there and you should bring your own packets of detergent, etc. The toilet in the master had a loud alarm sound and it might be a maintenance issue, but spoke with the owners and they would get it looked at. It wasn't horrible, just a little annoying. Plenty of beach toys and accessories to get you by everyday. Check out is actually at 10am and not at 11am as it was listed on the website. Housekeeping will be there shortly after 10am as we found out when we were packing up to leave.

The condo is just beautiful with everything that you could need. Including a beautiful view. Don't bother bringing anything but yourselves. Enjoyed walking on the beach every morning and watching the sunset from the balcony every evening. The owners are helpful in every way they can be. They answer questions and will give you insight on dining and things to do. Can't wait to return!!!

Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed our stay in your home away from our home. Your condo is beautifully done and very clean. The view of the beach is amazing and it is convenient to many local restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely plan on visiting again. Lars is very attentive and available right away for any questions. We had the condo upstairs from us that sprung a leak in their tub which caused a leak in our guest bathroom and he contacted maintenance right away to check on everything. We had a slight issue getting into the condo upon arrival as is was later in the evening but again, Lars responded quickly. Our week was very relaxing and again we appreciate your sharing your home with us!

Most spacious, beautiful, comfortable condo with best beach front view right off our balcony. Ocean so close and a few feet to be on the white sand! Pool front off balcony too. Facilities are wonderful. Very secure with key entry lobbies, security cameras. Owners Lars and Bibi Fleur are so wonderful to work with. Had family time and memories for a lifetime. We WILL be back soon!

We loved this roomy condo with everything we could need and more. They had supplies for the beach in a closet. It had a great view of the beach and pool. We enjoyed the area. It was peaceful. It was a short drive to St Johns pass. We had a bit of trouble with the air that was promptly taken care of by the owner and onsite maintenance. Thank you for your wonderful place Lars. And definitely try the restaurant Guppies. We are there twice during our visit it was so good!
