This is one of the largest and well equipped homes in the area. It is a perfect home for family ski or summer vacations, this house has it all .vacations, reunions, corporate getaways, weddings

****a Two day wedding starts at $5300 plus cleaning and other fees, ****we can handle more but there are additional charges over 100 people $10 a person for the day)
We do not do proms-, don’t ask!!! We prefer families, or singles 25 and over, this is a one of a kind home built by the owner for himself.
This home is perfect for golf getaways, and outings, or any reason to be with people you love and like, even non skiers will love this home perfect for relaxing, chilling out, sitting by the fire, 2 cable tvs, everything is over sized here, plenty of on-site parking for up to 10 cars, playground for kids, close to festivals, Mountain Jam, Taste of Country, Irish festival, beer festivals, Tap New York and concerts, walking distance to hunter mountain, quiet community. There are many homes in the hunter area that claim to be way bigger but they could fit inside my home.

BUILDER-SKIER-CARPENTER, LOVES CREATING AND DOING THINGS, LOOKING FORWARD TO CAPTAINING CATAMARANS IN THE CARIBBEAN AS MUCH AS I CAN,SKIING IS A FAMILY AFFAIR FOR US, MY DAUGHTER IS IN HUNTER MOUNTAINS FREESTYLE TEAM, AND OUR ENTIRE FAMILY SKIS EVERY WEEKEND , EVERY HOLIDAY EVERY CHANCE WE GET.
This is our second time staying at this property and we will DEFINITELY be back! Walking distance to Hunter Mountain. The lake in the backyard is BEAUTIFUL! Especially early in the morning when the fog rolls through. Victor and Gail are very accommodating and so pleasant to work with. This little spot has a special place in our hearts and we will definitely be back again!!
This place was great! Gail and Victor were very accommodating. The location is epic! Right on the lake, with all the activities you need right on the property, including kayaks, paddle boards, and all sorts of fun lawn games to play! We will definitely be back here again for a cozy weekend in the great outdoors!
Large place where you can get privacy from 20 other folks. Great host. Solid, sturdy house, classy bedrooms. Loved it.
This house was perfect for a large group of families! The house was spacious, incredibly clean, and filled with 2 entertainment areas, to occupy our group of kids and adults. The hot tub was a huge hit as well. The owner is easy to reach and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The manager was also a huge help. A huge thanks to them both. Although we were there for skiing, we could see how this house would be perfect in any season. It had absolutely amazing views that relaxed everyone.
Such an amazing house. The photos do not do the space justice. As the host had mentioned, if you cannot find comfort or entertainment in this house, nothing can please you! The space was immaculate and spacious, with every amenity needed for a cozy night in. The view is soothing and the hot tub was a winner amongst our group.
