Our deposit and cancellation policy: We require a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to reservation date. You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 120 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to rent our home for you at no additional cost. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment cannot be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy. |
