We really enjoyed our one week stay in this home. House was big and we had plenty of room for our entire family. The home was close to beach but far enough away to avoid all that beach traffic. The homeowner was great to communicate with. Any issues with the home were addressed immediately which made the stay very pleasurable. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises! Thanks again!

We stayed with the whole family to celebrate our 45 years of wedding anneversity. the house was amazing, plenty of rooms with a pooltable and swimmingpool. The kitchen was fully equiped. My youngest son stationed near Tampa decided to get married at Innisbrook Golf Resort. Our family of nine from Massachusetts needed a house to stay for the week. After extensive research and reading reviews, I selected Brett’s house. All the reviews stated how amazing the house was. I totally agree. It was perfect for our three generation family. The children ages 11, 10, 9 and 7 loved the pool. They also loved playing hide and seek in the multi level house, fishing, watching the alligator in the canal, the lizards, the huge snails and the ice maker. They had a fabulous time. The adults totally enjoyed all the house had to offer. My daughter-in-law took fabulous pictures from the dock of the wildlife in and around the canal. The pool table was used extensively while watching the children swim. My son could leave his dog there during the wedding. The house is a mile from the resort. He lives an hour away. Location was also convenient to anything you needed. If you need a house for a large family or group in the area, this house will provide the ultimate experience. As one previous reviewer stated, the hardest part was leaving. Thank you Brett for sharing your house and quick response to my questions.
