The space
The pool has a cage, but NO Fence to protect small children at the pool! The guests/parents are responsable for there children at any time in and outside the home. Be aware that the home has no fence to the canal and neighbors
Guest access
You have the entire home at your disposition. Please be aware, that your neighbors might be working on a daily base and need a quiet time/sleep after 10 pm till 7 AM. THANKS for respecting your neighborhood.
Interaction with guests
Check in and Check out. We read the electric meter. An allowance of $25 per week is included. Higher use will be charged to the local pricing of LCEC and has to be paid in cash upon check out.
