With 5 bedrooms and 3 full- and 2 half- bathrooms, the home sleeps up to 14 guests. The garage and driveway provide parking for 3-4 cars. The main living areas are located on the first floor and feature a spacious open floor plan. The living area is appointed with a sectional sofa, a coffee table, coastal décor, and a flat screen TV. The dining area offers a table that seats eight, along with seating for 5 at the kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen features marble counters, stainless steel Bosch appliances, and a 5-burner gas range.
From the main living area, guests can access the pool deck. The private pool and furnished pool deck create a great entertaining environment. There is a wooden bar on the pool deck with six bar stools, a grill, a table for 4, and lounge chairs for sun bathing. The pool deck is gated for privacy as well.
The first master suite is on the first floor and is beautifully decorated. The king bed and futon provide comfortable sleeping arrangements and a private exit/entrance to outside adds convince. There is also a walk-in closet and flat screen TV. The bedroom also has a private en suite bath with a dual sink vanity and a standalone shower. The second master suite with the same features resides on the second floor, and it also has a small balcony and gulf view. There is a queen suite on the second floor as well with an en suite bath. A bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk and an attached half bath also resides on the second floor. The final bedroom is a bunk room on the third floor with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a private balcony with a gulf view.

The second floor or this house consists of a two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom will have a queen sized bed with flat screen TV, and the second guest bedroom will feature 2 queen sized beds with flat screen TV and both have full size bathrooms. |

Views of the ocean, excellent pool and new house
Beautiful home with many amenities. Loved the pool and being so close to the beach.
This house was pretty amazing. Beautifully built with large windows that allow you to see the gulf from anywhere in the house. It was also in a great location not too far along 30A, which made it easy to get to Sandestin. The beach was just right across the street. Loved the private pool too! We got it heated since it was beginning of march and it worked very well. Would highly recommend this house to anyone who visits 30A. The company who manages it (five star) was also very friendly and helpful, and this was truly a 5 star house!
