If you prefer two people could take the kayaks and paddle down the canal to the ocean. If you've had enough water for the day but still want some exercise maybe a leisurely bike ride would be more appealing. Two bikes "beach cruisers" are provided for your use. As you can see opportunities for SUNSHINE, RELAXATION, and ADVENTURE await you at this four bedroom, three bath vacation home. Your adventure could also include deep-sea fishing. Bring your boat, you will have access to a 30 foot dock and this vacation home is only a quarter mile to the ocean and open water. A new fish cleaning station has been added so that you can clean your catch right at the dock. It has water and a light. Cook your catch on one of two gas grills or let the chef at one of the numerous local restaurants prepare it for you.

This home is immaculate! It has been thoroughly cleaned top to bottom and will be that way when you arrive. All new linens including bath towels and beach towels are ready for your use. Dishes, flatware, pots and pans, cooking utensils and beverage glasses are all new. This two level home invites you into a huge family room on the first level. The plush furniture provides comfort as you and your family watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV. A refrigerator is located in the family room for your convenience. This family room offers ample space for family members to spread out for games and fun. The fourth bedroom and third bath are located on this level.
Access the upper level and kitchen from spiral stairs in the family room or from the outside stairs in the patio area. Any cook would be excited upon entering the well-equipped modern kitchen. Enjoy casual conversation at the breakfast bar, more intimate times at the Cabana Table, or dine more formally with family and friends at the full dining set. Three spacious bedrooms are located on this level along with a full size washer/dryer. This house also offers a fully screened deck on the second level. Rate Details: Rent is $6,500 to $7,500 per month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help with other properties. Please call the office.
Additional Charges: $360 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; 12.5% state and local taxes.
Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000 with Accidental Damage Insurance or $2000 without.
Utility Caps/Mo: $250 water and $150 electricity.
Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. If your pet is accepted there is an additional security deposit of $200 for one pet and $100 for an additional pet.

AvailableWe represent properties in the captivating Islands of the Upper Keys - Key Largo, Plantation, Tavernier, Islamorada. They are located a little over an hours' drive south, southwest of Miami, Florida. The Keys are known for their casual lifestyle, crystal clear waters, spectacular snorkeling and diving, and as the fishing capital of the world.
We had a wonderful time at plantation key house! Our whole family enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, and the tiki bar! Very convenient to rent extra kayaks across the street. We did have some issues with things that were worn out from the hurricane- Andi and her team were right on the situation to replace things so our vacation would be great. God bless all the Keys who survived this hurricane, the damage to some areas was pretty bad- and making this area a wondering place to come and relax.
A wonderful vacation at a beautiful home! We were so pleased with all of the amenities of Plantation Adventure. The pool and hot tub were delightful...the gas grills on both the screened lanai and poolside made it extra convenient. And the inside spiral staircase connecting the first and second floors was a bonus (rare in the keys). Can't think of anything this house didn't have. Oh, did I mention the tiki bar! Pleased we could enjoy such a beautiful place in paradise. We also found a lovely church (Burton Memorial UMC) and met a lot of nice people. Our go to place to eat when we wanted to go out for breakfast or lunch was Made 2 Order (within walking distance). The best pizza was from Jersey Boardwalk (and they'll deliver). Keys Holiday Rentals has a great team of professionals who will help make your vacation the best ever! Highly recommended. Unfortunately we had to leave a week early due to a family emergency. Glad we purchased the insurance.
We loved the house and pool/hot tub. The tiki bar was fun and festive. The house had everything imaginable as far as amenities. It was conveniently located to restaurants although we cooked most of our meals at the house (two gas grills provided). Inside staircase was nice touch (unusual in the keys). The keyless entry was very convenient and secure. The master bed was very comfortable. Keys Holiday Rental has an excellent and professional staff. They will answer any and all questions in a timely manner.
House is clean and great for entertaining with pool and tiki hut. Beds were good and alot of space to relax after fishing. What threw us off was the apartment complex across from house, where people watch you all day long. Alot of dock space but weeds and smell are bad with east wind.
