You'll love it! Lots of room for up to 12 people. You'll love having 4 bathrooms! The first floor is all living space with a huge living, dining, and kitchen all open to each other! Everyone can be in this part of the house at the same time! There is also bathroom with a shower on the 1st floor along with a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are all on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master is on the 2nd floor with private access to the balcony. It has a king bed and a newly renovated bathroom with a double tile shower! Very nice! There are 2 other guest rooms, a full bath, plus a bonus room on the 2nd floor. You'll find a sitting area in the bonus room, a queen bed in one room, and 2 full beds in another bedroom! The 3rd floor is a loft with a queen bed and a private bathroom and balcony! This home is nice and sure to please! Spread out on 3 levels! You'll find TVs in every room. Free WiFi too! Outside, you'll find a covered 1st floor porch, a 2nd floor balcony, and a 3rd floor balcony. There is a propane grill on the side of the house with easy access to the kitchen. You may have to exchange the propane tank. You'll also find an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before going inside! Lonni's Gem sits within the gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores located in Walton County just past the Okaloosa County line with gated access from both Scenic 98 and Hwy 98. Getting around is easy with access to 2 outlets! Walk to the beach only 1/4 mile or take the free tram during Peak periods. Amenities in Emerald Shores are unmatched along our stretch of beach. You'll also find 2 pools, a tennis court, basketball goal, volleyball court, and a private beach cabana right on the beach with picnic tables, showers, bike and wagon area, and a short order bar/cafe open in peak times. No other neighborhood has a private beach access like ours! You'll love it! The location cannot be beat either! Emerald Shores is centrally located in Destin about 5 miles east of the Destin Harbor and maybe 2 miles West of the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall! Walk to the beach and about 4 restaurants along the beach! Drive to the harbor, other restaurants, Shopping , Movie Theaters, Golf, and all Destin Activities, all within about 5 miles! The Water Park is about 3 miles to the West. Miniature Golf, Go Karts, Bungee Jumping, all within about 3 miles! If you are a Golfer, the Destin area has about 10 Golf Courses within 10 miles! Great location, quiet and save area and no problem to walk to the beach, was very relaxing, private beach access with restroom and shaded area!
The home was just as pictured online. Plenty of room and VERY clean and well maintained. Kitchen and bathrooms large and beautifully updated along with kitchen. We had a absolutely wonderful time. Easy walk to the beach and inside bathrooms right on beach. I would recommend this home to anyone...you'll love it.
It was lovely and we had a fabulous time. The dresser in the second bedroom needs repair or replacing as some of the drawers do not open.
The home was everything very nice and centrally located to everything. The home was fully furnished with everything you would need to cook etc.
It was great! The house was nice and the beach and restaurants and shops were so close which made everything very easy for us since we have never been to Florida! We loved our stay! My only negatives, were that the dishes were very dirty. We picked up multiple dishes that still have food on them.
