Recently constructed in 2017, Aquamare is a sleek coastal designed 7 bedroom, 8 bathroom beach house that sleeps 30 guests comfortably and is perfectly situated a short five minute walk to the areas' largest public beach and world famous Pompano Joe's beachfront seafood restaurant including a beachside bar. The home features a spacious private backyard complete with a generous sized heated saltwater pool and lighted pergola. At night, the beautiful LED lights illuminate the resort pool and pergola making for a truly memorable view.

The large, private, enclosed pool area comes complete with a covered outdoor porch featuring comfortable seating and grill. Weather is never an issue ! The covered outdoor porch is the perfect location for relaxing on a beautiful Florida evening. There is even a large poolside pergola with picnic table, perfect for hosting any special event.

Notable features for the home include multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, all with beautiful gulf or pool views. A massive driveway that can easily park 8 vehicles! All bedrooms have their own televisions.

The first floor is the focal point of the indoor living space with a sleek, open concept, coastal living room featuring pecky, pine shiplap walls, a large screen smart television and generous windows and double door with expansive pool views. The living room opens to the kitchen and dining room for optimal flow. The dining area offers ample seating and the large gourmet kitchen features separate beverage center, icemaker, ample storage and is anchored by a massive center island with seating for 4 additional guests. A half bathroom can be accessed off the front hallway. There is an additional king suite with en-suite bathroom.

The second floor features three king suites with their own bathrooms. Two of the King suites have a private entrance to a furnished, pool view, covered balcony. There is a second floor lounge area complete with queen sleeper sofa, television and wet bar with sink and mini fridge. Laundry room is off the second floor hallway.

The third floor is yet another focal point of the indoor living space with a spacious game room featuring more pecky, pine shiplap walls and large screen smart television. The game room also features a foosball table, 60 game cocktail table arcade system with stools and access to a gulf view balcony with seating. There are two separate double bunk bed setups with full bathrooms and an additional king suite with en-suite bathroom.

The Location:

Aquamare is just a couple minute stroll to one of the largest public beaches in Northwest Florida. Not only is the sugar white beach right there, but fabulous restaurants like Pompano Joe's and Whales Tail are a short walk or bike ride away.

Stay ashore for a day of golfing at several nearby golf courses or if you prefer shopping, head over to Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or Beautiful Destin Commons. Other notable attractions include Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park, The Track-Destin and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. You'll find something for everyone in Miramar Beach!

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer 2020 months. Free beach chair service included from March 1 - November 30, 2020

Wedding/Events-If held on property an additional $500 event fee is required.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
